Talent Acquisition Lead / Associate

Responsibilities : 

  • Perform research and understand job requirements from clients
  • Identify new business opportunities with the potential clients in various sectors, and proactively promote the recruitment services to them
  • Maintain existing client relationship, develop and acquire relationships with new clients
  • Source suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
  • Manage or exceed client and candidate expectations by building robust rapport and have a detailed understanding of clients’ organisation and hiring needs
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full cycle recruitment
  • Provide support to the team/manager to ensure team work efficiency

Requirements : 

  • University degree or higher education discipline
  • Fresh graduate/entry level/experienced candidates are welcome
  • Open to 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment/sales marketing roles
  • Result-oriented and target driven talent, continuously achieving team and individual target
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Good team player
