Sales Administration Executive (PRC Technology Company)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all rounded support to sales team including but not limited to quotations and contracts preparation and data consolidation for proposal preparation
  • Prepare weekly cash collection and other related reports
  • Liaise with internal and external parties in relation to daily operation matters
  • Track on customers’ payment and invoicing related matters at a timely manner
  • Work with various internal teams for all necessary approval processes
  • Deal with internal purchase requisitions; payment applications; subcontractor accruals and payments
  • Ad hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline with at least 5 years’ solid experience; Experience in IT industry would be advantage.
  • Strong business acumen and coordination skills with proven ability to perform the multi-tasking.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Familiar with daily sales and purchase operation process.
  • Familiar with MS office (including word, excel and Chinese word processing)
  • Self-motivated, mature, independent with high accuracy on calculation and able to work as a team to meet deadlines.
  • Immediately available would be an advantage.
