We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working Sales Development Executive to develop new business leads and ensure these are coordinated within all areas of the organisation. The role is 80% business development and 20% account management.
The role of Sales Development Executive will involve the following:
- Identifying and driving the development of new business opportunities; including new markets, growth areas, trends and retailers across a multitude of channels.
- Developing an understanding of customer requirements and responding effectively.
- Collaboration with distributors to drive the development of our business with them.
- Carrying out and presenting sales forecasts and analysis to senior management.
To be considered for the post of Sales Development Executive it is essential you are fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), you will have proven success in a similar business development role and will be able to demonstrate experiences and skills in the following areas:
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A strategic thinker with great organisational and networking skills.
- The ability to work on your own initiative; setting your own goals and reacting to changing consumer / business demands.
