Chief Officer (Sales, Marketing and Branding) – (Outdoor furniture living products, station in Shanghai)

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & developing top sales talent to join the organization, with the skills and competencies to create/ develop/ lead in a brand-new business.
  • Developing an effective sales organizational structure, and enhancing productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading the Team to create a positive working environment that supports our core values
  • Responsible for the comprehensive leadership & financial performance of all Markets and market insight
  • Inspiring, influencing and driving the entire Sales Team to be entrepreneurial, dynamic, commercially aware, personal with our business approach and ethical with our means of doing business.
  • Developing the Annual Commercial Plan in support of the organizational strategies and financial objectives to achieve EBITDA goal.
  • Recommending Sales Strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. Supporting the Sales Commercial Plan Objectives and drives the Sales Team to achieve and exceed Targets.
  • Managing multiple channel selling strategies through the Wholesale Market. -Designing overall Sales Departmental Objectives, Targets & Strategy – disseminate throughout entire Team through Team & Individual Annual KPIs/Objectives.
  • Ensuring communications from Senior Management are delivered to the Team in a coordinated & tactful manner
  • Ensuring the Sales Team are effectively using our system to log and track their sales account activities. Developing CRM systems and database management processes
  • Formulating the company transformation from ODM to OBM
  • Partnering with customers and the offices in USA and Europe to understand their business needs and objectives and make use of their knowledge, capabilities and local presence.

Qualification:

  • Around 12 -15 years of experience in a sales leadership role, which includes International sales experience and online/offline business (Europe and USA is a must ).
  • Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to build personal rapport with all stakeholders, present and influence all levers of the organization, including executive and factory-level.
  • Excellent change agent, using a style of management that mentors/coaches staff to inspire their best performance
  • Proven ability position products against competitors, to drive sales process from plan to order, articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, verbal and written
  • Willing to travel frequently 35% of time
