Responsibilities:
- To lead in planning and execution of Fintech strategy. Drive business innovation through identification and adoption of suitable new technologies for the Bank to address the identified Business objectives
- Work closely with other business stakeholders to define and advocate Fintech product strategy, roadmap and user stories for the digital transformation projects
- Conduct market research to develop new or improve existing fintech products
- Perform business analysis, feasibility, user requirement studies and translates into technical solution
- Design and prepare related documentations, i.e. functional design specification, business workflow manual and user manual, etc.
- To ensure the Fintech projects comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- To monitor and manage Fintech project
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or Computer Science related discipline
- 10 years or above experience in banking IT industry
- Sound understanding on latest market, technology trend and local regulatory environment
- Proven track record in driving Fintech innovation banking project
- In-depth knowledge on business and operation models of Banking, with thorough understanding on the local regulatory environment
- Strong logical, analytical, problem solving and products development skills, be able to visualize opportunities, issues from data
- Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent in Cantonese, Putonghua, English speaking and writing skills
- Excellent skills in business requirements analysis and business documentation writing
