Senior HR Officer (PRC Bank)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management
  • Support to handle monthly payroll, P-fund contribution and tax return
  • Assist with employee onboarding, background check, coordinate and scheduling interview arrangement
  • Review and execute all benefits programs including MPF, staff insurance benefits and leave report management
  • Manage the human resources information system
  • Organize staff relations activities and other corporate social responsibilities functions
  • Participate in other HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide clerical support of HR administration including data processing and filing

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in human resources management preferably in bank/financial institutions
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements
  • Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
