Senior Manager / Manager – C&B (Performance Management & Benefit), PRC Bank

Responsibilities:

  • Review the Bank’s compensation and benefits provision and incentive schemes to ensure its competitiveness
  • Formulate and review HR policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Compile HR analytics, performance appraisal, job evaluation review process, market survey and C&B data analysis
  • Prepare presentation and management reports for senior management and Head Office
  • Participate in Performance / Compensation and Benefits related projects

Requirements:

  • University graduate in HR Management or business related disciplines
  • 5 -8 years’ experience in Human Resources of which 5 years in Rewards / C&B function gained from banking industry
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance, relevant laws and regulations
  • Able to apply research data and statistics in report writing
    Self-driven, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and independently
  • A team player with strong communication, interpersonal, writing and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Putonghua & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
