Our client: a newly established subsidiary branch (retail banking) of PRC based banking group

Position: Senior Manager, Retail Banking/Wealth Management in Central 零售银行/财富管理-业务管理岗

Salary: Negotiable (V good increment %)

Requirements:

• Be responsible for in-depth exploration and analysis of customer needs, and complete the planning of personal deposits and wealth products
• Manage the whole process of personal deposit and wealth products, product design & introduction and clarify product requirements, complete product function and business rules verification, and ensure product launch progress
• Assist in formulating plans, implementing product positioning, customer stratification, pricing and channel management
• Be responsible for the publicity and marketing of personal deposits and wealth products, providing product training, organizing branch marketing and promotion activities
• Responsible for the management of third-party cooperation agencies for products including signing and management of agreements and optimizing customer service experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years’ related experience in retail banking/wealth management, of which 3 years of experience in business management or product management and development in insurance, funds, and securities
• Professional qualifications such as Hong Kong’s fund, insurance, securities and other personnel licenses, AFP, CFP, CFA an advantage
• Familiar with persona/retail banking business, good at publicity, planning and marketing and relevant regulatory requirements for related products
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
