Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of investors
• Process subscriptions and redemption of investors, and dividend payments
• Prepare and distribute daily and monthly statements to investors
• Assist in the collation of KYC and due diligence documents
• Attend to enquiries from fund managers
• Participate in system enhancement and conversion
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines 
• Minimum 4 – 5 year transfer agency experience
• Experience in series of shares processing and equalization methodology is an asset
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
