Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of human resources including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations and training etc.
  • Review and implement HR policies & procedures
  • Support/back up office administration function
  • Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in HRM or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years all-rounded HR experience preferably in banking/financial industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations/practices
