Responsibilities:

• Daily sales and administration works
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis
• Production of marketing collaterals, sales office, advertisements and sales brochure
• Preparation of sales documents and provide sales support
• Preparation of logistic and manpower planning for sales activities
• Liaise with business associates such as property agents, solicitors, and advertising agencies
• Implement of sales, PR and soft marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in real estate, marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in property field or related industry
• Knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is a must
• Knowledge in residential development building plans and documents
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word
• A team player with positive working attitude and integrity
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Sales & Marketing Officer
