Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of investment and custodian transaction
• Handle daily operations of custody services covering different investment products (fixed income instruments, equities, and funds) in relation to securities settlement, corporation action and reconciliation etc
• Handle daily control / management reports and reconciliation etc
• Prepare and handle regular reports

Requirements:

• University degree holder
• 8 + years solid experience in operations of custodian business
• In-depth knowledge in custodian services, investment compliance and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. Banking Code of Conduct, HKMA and SFC applicable rules)
• Good working knowledge and experience on operations of Securities Clearing Systems (DCASS, Clearstream/Euroclear, CCASS)
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
