Job Description

  • Responsible for full set of Compensation & Benefits service, including preparation of monthly payroll, MPF, taxation & etc
  • Ensure all related payments are complied with local legislation
  • Closely cooperate with operation teams on daily issues
  • Handle staff enquiries regarding C&B issues
  • Prepare various HR analytical reports for management review
  • Assist HR Manager in ad-hoc HR projects and other issues

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 3 years experience in compensation & benefits and hands-on payroll process experience in sizeable labor-intensive company
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, taxation and related legislations
  • High proficiency in HRIS
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Detail minded, strong numerical sense and resilience with high level of integrity
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
