Responsibilities:

• Liaise with management, designers,  suppliers and factories on product development and bulk production matters
• Closely monitor the performance of suppliers and factories to ensure the imposed quality standards are met
• Monitor sample and bulk production progress as per time schedule and ensure all sample and bulk production are delivered on time
• Attend garment fitting sessions, record fitting comments and review sample size specifications. Communicate fitting and sample review comments to factories and QCs
• Work effectively with regional offices and multi-cultural teams including all internal and external contacts
• Maintain accurate records in the system
• Perform ad-hoc project as required

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma graduate
• 5 years relevant working experience in buying office
• Relevant experience in Ski outerwear, surf wear and Sportswear sector will be an advantage
• Mature, positive, open-minded, self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Ms Office, Excel, Word and emails
• Immediately available is preferred
