• Assist IT Manager in overall project operations and co-ordination
• Supervise internal development team / subcontractors / vendors to ensure the smooth running of the project
• Develop high quality program coding and give technical advices
• Ability to problem-solve and conduct robust testing throughout system deployment
• Prepare documentations including system requirement and design documents, such as system documentation, technical specifications, database design specifications and system manuals,etc.
• Comply with IT security policy and audit requirement in system developments and operations
• Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years in post-qualification IT experience of which 3 year must be in similar post and in comparable capacity
• Solid experience with software design, and application development
• Self-motivated with proven rapid learning capabilities
• At least 3 years hands-on experience inweb development under Windows & Linux platform
• Practical experience in T-SQL and PL/SQL skills
• Solid experience in application development or support in .Net, Entity framework, LINQ and MVC model
• Responsible and high level of accountability
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to share concepts
• Able to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
