- Handle full spectrum of recruitment process including job advertisement posting, talent search / screening / selection, interviewing, offer making, negotiation, closing and administrative components, etc.
- Source for suitable candidates via various channels, networking, social media, advertising and referrals
- Provide professional advice to clients/ hiring managers and candidates to manage the expectation
- Develop creative recruitment solutions when experiencing difficulties in fulfillment job requirements.
- Degree in IT/HRM or related disciplines
- 3 years of solid experience in recruitment function, exposure to Technology / IT / General sector is highly preferred
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong skills in communication, organization and presentation
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
