Temp Assistant Accountant (6 months Maternity coverage)

My client is a Listed company in Hong Kong. She is now looking for a Temp staff for maternity coverage with the requirements below:

Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily accounting operations;
  • Handle all inter-company transactions and reconciliation
  • Month-end closing of full set of accounts;
  • Prepare monthly management accounts with accounting schedules

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Finalist of recognised international accounting professional body;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Able to handle full sets of accounts independently
  • Knowledge and hand-on experience in FLEX accounting systems will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, capable to meet deadline and work under pressure
