Training Officer (Logistics Group)

Job Duties

  • Identify training needs and execute training programs in alignment with the Company’s and Business Unit’s objectives
  • Perform training need analysis through survey, questionnaire and interview
  • Participate in report generation, course enrollment, content management and evaluation
  • Work with line management for training courses and in-house trainers development
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and take follow-up actions

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years solid hands-on experience in training and development, familiar with full spectrum of training process is a must
  • Hands-on project management, training facilitation & debriefing skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Putonghua an advantage
