VP of HR (Financial Group)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR generalist services and advices to business units on recruitment and selection, staff compensation, employee relations, staff retention, performance management and salary review
  • Perform end-to-end process in recruitment from sourcing to new hire on-boarding

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10years’ all-rounded/recruitment experience in Financial industry
  • Experience in providing advisory services to business partners will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance and other related HR practices
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
