{"id":10725,"date":"2023-03-22T12:43:59","date_gmt":"2023-03-22T04:43:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/job\/vp-employee-benefits-insurance\/"},"modified":"2024-07-01T00:31:11","modified_gmt":"2024-06-30T16:31:11","slug":"vp-employee-benefits-insurance","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/?post_type=job_listing&p=10725","title":{"rendered":"VP, Employee Benefits (Insurance)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team to retain and expand the designated Employee Benefits portfolio productivity<\/li>\n<li>For policy renewal, work with the team to come up a renewal strategy and ensure that it meets the customer\u2019s updated requirements and claims experience for successful review and premium growth<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical training and support to the team members to enhance the team spirit and improve departmental productivity<\/li>\n<li>Explore new business opportunities and participate actively in upselling\/cross-selling initiatives for better penetration<\/li>\n<li>Provide professional advice and risks management solution to clients with quality services<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain good relationship with insurers for cost-effective solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely delivery of relevant documents to insurers &amp; clients aligning with the service benchmark in the operation manual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree holder with ACII\/ ANZIIF\/ FLMI or in good progress with insurance professional qualification<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 solid experience in employee benefits, preferably with insurance or broking experience<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
