Roles & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Category Strategy Development and Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n

Develop and implement procurement strategy for the assigned categories across regions and markets with the aim of keeping up cost competitiveness, high quality, ESG compliance and service levels.<\/p>\n

Develop and maintain category-specific policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.<\/p>\n

Drive cost savings and value creations indicatives, strong sense to create sustainable saving pipeline, govern the saving tracker within the category.<\/p>\n

Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the Textiles categories.<\/p>\n

Develop and maintain category-specific metrics and KPIs to tack performance and identify improvement opportunities.<\/p>\n

Sourcing, RFx and Contracting<\/strong><\/p>\n

Review and analyze category spend cube in a timely manner to identify business needs and value creation opportunities.<\/p>\n

Initiate sourcing and RFx (RFQ, RFP, Negotiation etc.) events to achieve a desirable outcome while balancing cost competitiveness, quality, and services.<\/p>\n

Negotiate contract (e.g. manufacturing agreement) with suppliers.<\/p>\n

Measure raw material market trends and commodity indics where applicable.Facilitate make-or-buy analysis and drive the lowest total cost solution at a strategic level with guidance for procurement execution.<\/p>\n

Supplier Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lead supplier sourcing and development and set up performance metrics in collaboration with the operations team against a robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program, going beyond reactive issue resolution into on-going joint collaboration and operational improvement programs.<\/p>\n

Manage the supplier pool dynamically to optimize supply costs.<\/p>\n

Coordinate critical supplier issues, such as quality complaints, and drive root cause analysis and corrective action.<\/p>\n

Required Experience\/Skills\/Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree Supply Chain Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n

Minimum of 5 years in procurement or category management, preferably in the Textiles industry.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated experience in sourcing, RFx processes (RFQ, RFP, negotiation), and supplier contracting.<\/p>\n

Familiarity with raw material market trends and commodity indices.<\/p>\n

Strong understanding of cost competitiveness, quality assurance, ESG compliance, and service levels.<\/p>\n

Ability to drive cost savings and create sustainable saving pipelines.<\/p>\n

Proficiency in market analysis, keeping informed about trends and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n

Strong analytical skills to review and analyze category spend data effectively.<\/p>\n

Strong leadership skills to manage supplier performance metrics and collaboration programs.<\/p>\n

Competence in developing metrics and KPIs to track performance.<\/p>\n

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese<\/p>\n

Immediate availability is preferred.<\/p>\n

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Sourcing Manager, Procurement position.<\/p>\n
