Develop or integrate robust quality monitoring systems and reporting to track and evaluate service performance. Conduct regular review with partner- or lane managers to ensure product competitiveness and compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the competitiveness of the portfolio vs solutions offered in the market.
