Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Work closely with management and cross\u2011functional teams, gaining end\u2011to\u2011end exposure across brand, digital, e\u2011commerce and product marketing<\/strong> for supplement & device products.<\/strong><\/li>\n
Take ownership of brand and product marketing initiatives for assigned portfolios<\/li>\n
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, SEO\/SEM and e\u2011commerce<\/li>\n
Translate scientific and technical product concepts into clear, compliant and consumer\u2011friendly communication<\/li>\n
Develop monthly communication plans, copywriting and editorial content across channels<\/li>\n
Manage company websites, e\u2011shop performance and online advertising, with focus on traffic and conversion<\/li>\n
Ensure all marketing materials comply with medical, regulatory and internal guidelines<\/li>\n
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support product launches and ongoing campaigns<\/li>\n
Track campaign performance, analyse data and optimise activities to improve effectiveness and ROI<\/li>\n
Manage assigned marketing budgets responsibly and operate effectively in a lean environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Science or related disciplines<\/li>\n
5 years' relevant experience in brand, digital or product marketing<\/strong><\/li>\n
Experience in consumer healthcare, supplements, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or medical devices<\/strong><\/li>\n
Strong hands\u2011on digital marketing experience, including content, performance tracking and optimization<\/li>\n
Understanding of consumer behaviour, retail\/pharmacy channels and healthcare regulatory requirements<\/li>\n
Comfortable working in a lean team with broad responsibilities<\/li>\n
Able to think strategically while remaining practical and execution\u2011focused<\/li>\n
Strong communication, coordination and project ownership skills<\/li>\n
Self\u2011motivated, responsible and dependable with a can\u2011do attitude<\/li>\n
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese<\/li>\n
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Chinese typing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
