This is a <strong><u>front-office, sell-side oriented role<\/u><\/strong> with a strong focus on <strong><u>origination, transaction execution, and loan distribution across a wide range of private credit strategies.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structuring and executing complex credit transactions, as well as the ability to originate deals and distribute assets to banks, institutional investors, and private credit funds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Origination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source and originate private credit opportunities across sectors, including corporate financing, infrastructure, and special situations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors, and intermediaries.<\/li>\n<li>Identify client financing needs and propose tailored structured credit solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Structuring &amp; Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structure and execute transactions including project finance, acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts (LBO), mezzanine financing, convertible instruments, and other structured credit products.<\/li>\n<li>Lead end-to-end deal execution: due diligence, financial modeling, credit analysis, documentation, and closing.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate key terms, covenants, and security packages with clients and counterparties.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, technical) to ensure smooth execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Loan Distribution &amp; Syndication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead or support loan syndication and distribution to banks, institutional investors, and private credit funds.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels and investors.<\/li>\n<li>Manage primary syndication processes and support secondary loan sales where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Provide market feedback on pricing, investor appetite, and structure optimization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>6\u201315 years of relevant experience in private credit, structured finance, leveraged finance, or loan syndication.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates from banks, investment banks, or non-bank financial institutions are all welcome.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience across origination, execution, and distribution of credit transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record in one or more of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Project Finance<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition\/M&amp;A financing<\/li>\n<li>Leveraged buyout (LBO) financing<\/li>\n<li>Mezzanine financing<\/li>\n<li>Convertible instruments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of credit risk, legal documentation, and financing structures.<\/li>\n<li>Established network with banks, institutional investors, and private credit funds is highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates please send your cv to <a href=\"mailto:suzanne.choi@levin.hk\"><strong>suzanne.choi@levin.hk<\/strong><\/a> or contact us at 25200104.<\/p>\n<p>For more job openings, please visit our Job Wonderland<strong> www.levin.com.hk<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"West Kowloon","_application":"suzanne.choi@levin.hk","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0},"job-categories":[54],"job-types":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/14460"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/9"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=14460"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=14460"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=14460"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
