{"id":14839,"date":"2026-07-22T11:50:58","date_gmt":"2026-07-22T03:50:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/job\/corporate-affairs-manager-asst-manager-mnc-fmcg-1-year-renewable-contract\/"},"modified":"2026-07-22T11:54:44","modified_gmt":"2026-07-22T03:54:44","slug":"corporate-affairs-manager-asst-manager-mnc-fmcg-1-year-renewable-contract","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.levin.com.hk\/zh-hant\/job\/corporate-affairs-manager-asst-manager-mnc-fmcg-1-year-renewable-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"Corporate Affairs Manager \/ Asst Manager (MNC\/FMCG, 1-year renewable contract)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for building and enhancing the company's corporate branding and leadership of dairy nutrition through corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, lobbying, brand public relations, media relations and PR effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corporate Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Corporate Branding and be the key project leader<\/li>\n<li>Develop corporate branding materials for internal and external promotions and maintain balanced establishment of Corporate image, executive presence, CSR to support the company and brand leadership<\/li>\n<li>Plan and lead CSR and Public Relations programs, including but not limited to stakeholder management, program planning and execution, data management and onsite support<\/li>\n<li>Plan and lead executive and business interview for reputation building; conduct executive briefing and media management.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and drive appropriate award nominations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Brand PR\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Brand PR. Provide advice on brand communications strategies, media angle and high quality content development<\/li>\n<li>Lead social PR initiatives, including identifying suitable KOLs and influencers, overseeing related social media content and postings, and providing strategic advice to the Marketing team on KOL \/ influencer strategies, engagement approaches and supporting communication materials<\/li>\n<li>Support PR agency selection and management, guide marketing on agency briefing, deliverables and result evaluation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Public Affairs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage government officials on policy and regulatory development.<\/li>\n<li>Understand regulatory authorities \/ government departments agenda, map (potential) impact to the company business \/ business plans and provide trend updates to the company<\/li>\n<li>Support Head of Corporate Affairs to establish company stance regarding to regulation development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Issue and Crisis Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review advertising and packaging material to uphold quality standard<\/li>\n<li>Build and enhance the company knowledge and readiness in issue management<\/li>\n<li>Gate keep the compliance of the company internal guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Support issues and crisis communication<\/li>\n<li>Conduct news monitoring, news intelligence update<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation with local authorities when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Support internal audits from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support departmental budgeting and procurement processes, including preparation of estimates, tracking expenses, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 years' experience with track record in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Experienced in<strong> dairy, food or consumer healthcare (supplement)<\/strong> related industry is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate who has less experience will be considered as Assistant Corporate Affairs Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Solid and up-to-date media network across all platforms and sections related to business, local news, and feature (CSR, food and nutrition, parenting)<\/li>\n<li>Solid event management experience, from mass public event preferable<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in quality assurance, food lab test and production quality control standards are an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Track record in digital PR preferable<\/li>\n<li>Experience in MNC and principal companies is highly preferable with Public Relations agency and media is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge in Code of Ethics for Communications professionals<\/li>\n<li>Strong inter-personal and communications skills; being able to maintain effective professional relationships across and outside the organization<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skill and good knowledge for research tools and methods<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must; video editing and design software is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and project management skill and good team player<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral, public speaking and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient writing and presentation skills, in English and Chinese.
