Central)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Roles<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office routines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the daily activities of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle phone calls received from the company\u2019s general line<\/li>\n<li>Answer the door, greet guests, and serve tea and coffee<\/li>\n<li>Collect, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mails<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and coordinate courier services<\/li>\n<li>Handle meeting room booking<\/li>\n<li>Conduct stock taking and place orders for stationery\/pantry items<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office equipment and ensure workplace safety<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external vendors\/suppliers and provide general office\/facilities support.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees (e.g. mobile phone, computer, email, name cards, corporate credit cards)<\/li>\n<li>Arrange washroom cards\/keys in coordination with the building management and manage office key control<\/li>\n<li>Handle petty cash operations according to company procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Chief Executive and other senior executives, including scheduling of appointments, arranging travel and entertainment, coordinating meetings, preparing presentation materials, and filing documents<\/li>\n<li>Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years of relevant experience in secretarial \/ office administrative support<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication \/ interpersonal skills with good command of both English &amp;\u00a0Chinese<\/li>\n<li>Immediate availability is highly preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong class=\"Yjhzub\" data-sfc-root=\"c\" data-sfc-cb=\"\" data-complete=\"true\" data-copy-service-computed-style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
