The key responsibilities include developing strong HR foundation and processes, and providing guidance to senior management to ensure HR organization and strategies aligns with our business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>You are expected to develop corporate HR plans, human resource management and supervision, oversees HR initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. Handle employment relations, and analyze data to report on HR metrics for informed decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.<\/li>\n<li>Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the hiring and recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance<\/li>\n<li>Coach all
