Duties:

• Responsible and contribution is required in different stages of the product development (prototypes, molds, production, Inspection)
• Monitor closely the production schedule
• Think creatively and able to provide solution throughout the whole product cycle
• Make a valuable contribution in cost negotiations
• Maintain the highest levels of quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• At least 5-8 years of experiences in toys manufacturing
• Preferred to have Plastic toys experiences
• Familiar with safety requirements
• Work independently, hands – on mentality, pro-active attitude, creative
• Good in communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
• Work in Vietnam is required
