Requirements:

Bridge between Hong Kong, France, and China factories

• Technical knowledge: Familiar with garment accessories & metal parts (成衣配件及五金配件); understand development process, metal mold/tooling (五金模具), and production workflows
• Complaint handling: Investigate root cause (找出成因) and implement corrective actions (改善方法)
• Reporting: Prepare clear reports for France and clients on quality issues and solutions; for factory visit evaluation, for production onsite visit etc.
• QC management – supervise QC in China
• Testing – able to work with testing lab on various testing requirement and analysis of results to rely to involved parties
• Quality Assurance from production start to finish – To ensure shipment quality (確保走貨質量)
• Audit & compliance: Handle factory audits and compliance
• Travel: Irregular travel between HK and Mainland China required
• Has relevant industry  Factory management experience before can be an advantage
