Responsibilities:

• Report to the Business Management Team Head
• To review and revise policies related to Private Banking and Wealth Management and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Compliance supervision and transaction sampling for Private Banking and Wealth Management businesses, which includes monitoring and ensuring that the operations in Private Banking and Wealth Management adhere to legal and regulatory standards
• Liaise between the organisation and auditors, whether they are conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to internal policies or external audits for regulatory compliance
• To organise and conduct training sessions designed to educate staff about compliance requirements, policies, and ethical standards
• Ad hoc Projects to execute and designed by department head

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, major in Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, ideally in Private Banking or Wealth Management Department
• Strong analytical skills, able to prioritize multi-tasking and time management
• Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong skills in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
