About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Embellishment Product Developer / Executive to join our team. This role involves leveraging your expertise in various embellishment techniques to drive product innovation and market success.

Key Responsibilities

• Exhibit in-depth product knowledge in heat transfer, woven fabrics, embroidery, silicone, and TPU materials to foster innovative ideas and solutions.
• Perform market research to discover new product materials, sustainable practices, techniques, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Identify and establish new sources and partnerships to enhance our product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to efficiently coordinate the product development process.
• Create seasonal marketing materials to promote product launches effectively.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and conduct product training sessions for the sales team.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify emerging trends within the fashion and sports industries.
• Leverage hands-on experience with embellishment techniques, including printing, weaving, heat transfer, embroidery, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator; proficiency is a plus.
• Provide training on products to cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on new technologies, industry trends, and sustainability and compliance regulations.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market research to analyse the competitive landscape of our product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the embellishment sector.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and project management.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and a sense of self-accountability in all tasks.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to team goals.
• Communicate fluently in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
