A senior leadership role to drive business, and responsible for originating, structuring, and executing debt or equity transactions.

Responsibilities:

•  Transaction Execution & Structuring: Lead the end-to-end execution of capital market deals, from financial modeling and pitch book creation to pricing and distribution.
• Client Origination & Pitching: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and sovereigns to originate capital-raising mandates.
• Regulatory & RO1 Duties: Act as a licensed Type 1 Responsible Officer (in Hong Kong), overseeing licensed activities and ensuring strict compliance with local financial regulations.
• Syndicate Management: Coordinate with underwriting syndicates, legal counsel, and sales teams to ensure the smooth distribution of securities to institutional investors
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Associates and Analysts.

Key Qualifications:

• SFC Type 1 Responsible Officer (Sole RO1) license
• Min 10 years of progressive experience in investment banking, capital markets (DCM/ECM), or corporate finance.
• Strong existing relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and corporate treasuries.
• Deep understanding of fixed-income products, yield curves, credit ratings, and macro-economic factors.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client-facing abilities
