Our client is seeking  Responsible Officer (Type 1, 4 & 9) with ETF issuance and investment experience to join the Asset Management platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in investment management, product development, regulatory oversight, and business growth across both public and private market strategies.

 Responsibilities:

• Act as a Responsible Officer (Type 9) and support the overall management of the asset management business, especially focus on ETF.
• Participate in investment activities across public and private markets, including investment evaluation, portfolio monitoring, and risk management.
• Participate in market promotion, customer service, and product development initiatives.
• Support fund setup, product structuring, and product management initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to SFC requirements and internal policies.
• Experience in fund setup, fundraising, investor relations, and business development activities.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on fund operations, governance, and reporting.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and business partners to achieve the overall objectives of business and investment decisions.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and advise the company on compliance matters.
• Engage in the formulation of new products and business initiatives to guarantee compliance with all regulatory standards and alignment with corporate objectives/targets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or Investment, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in asset management, investment management, private credit, private equity, hedge funds, or related financial institutions.
• Solid experience in both investment management and product management
• Solid experience to public and/or private market investments, and with fund structuring, regulatory requirements, and asset management operations.
• Existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, or distribution channels would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
