This role serves as the primary contact for the buying office, facilitating clear communication with customers to accurately capture product requirements and ensure that trims meet brand expectations. The candidate will collaborate with customers, U.S. sales, and local sourcing teams on various projects, managing artworks, and tracking development timelines from concept to approval.

Additionally, the role involves conducting timely business analyses to support decision-making and foster business growth, as well as supporting ad hoc projects to align with business objectives and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for the buying office

Liaise with customers to capture product requirements and ensure trims meet expectations

Collaborate with customer, US sales and local sourcing teams on various projects

Manage artwork and track development timelines from concept to approval

Conduct timely business analysis to support decision making and business growth

Support ad hoc projects to meet business objectives and customer needs

Present samples, negotiate pricing and track development timelines from concept to approval

Qualifications

Diploma holder in business administration or a related field

Experience in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.
