Oversee New Product Development + Purchasing :

  •  Monitor factory performance: Track reply speed for new enquiries, production progress, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with France: Work closely with France PD, Sales, and Purchasing teams; weekly meetings required
  • Team leadership: Lead both product development and purchasing teams to ensure speed-to-market
