Job Description:

This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the upgrade project, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and alignment with organizational goals.  Lead and oversee a critical SAP upgrade initiative, specialized in Warehousing, Delivery and Order Processing

 

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management of the SAP upgrade, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.

Manage change control processes and oversee testing, training, and go-live activities.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

 

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably with SAP implementation or upgrade projects around FMCG Logistic Field

Strong leadership, people management, analytical with problem-solving abilities

Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Team player, with drive and interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong working relationships at all levels

Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded, logical thinking and able to work independently and under pressure

Highly self-motivated, self-start and result-oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English & Chinese

PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing, and SAP ERP systems

Solid experience with SAP implementation (both ECC & S4 Hana) around FMCG Logistic Field

Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience in changing management and user adoption strategies.

Hands-on, independent, able to meet tight deadlines and MNC sizable work experience
