Assistant Quality Manager/ Quality Supervisor /Quality Specialist

Requirement:

• At least 7 years in the quality field with 2-3 years with quality management and very good factory working experience, preferably in a related industry. (Metal Garment trims and Handbag accessories)
• A  hardworking, solution-oriented mindset with experience in a junior management role.
• The ability to take full ownership of complaint follow-up, investigating problems at the factory and within the production process, and working with suppliers to implement effective corrective action plans.
• A proven track record in monitoring key factories and evaluating, building, and implementing quality systems at factories to meet our standards.
• In-depth knowledge of European market quality requirements, with the ability to analyze client supplier manuals to ensure full compliance from our factories.
• Ability to read technical design drawings and act as a key facilitator between the R&D and factory teams during New Product Development, providing critical quality input.
• Readiness to travel frequently between Hong Kong and China.
